There are closer stores to me but I drive a bit further to come here out of choice and not just to look at the Degus. The store is the right size and everything I need is there for Dogs, Cats and Degus
Disappointed 😞, purchase last week, I doubt the price when I'm on my way back, and then, I go back to the store, I buy the same products, I notice the price difference, I tell him that it's not the same as the department, that last week, I came... I show my bank account statement via the application, but the lady asks me my precise time of passage, I only have an approximation, that does not not suitable. So, she just refunds me the difference for the day....but not for the last time. So dear customers, pay attention to the price, check carefully and see immediately.

Avoid at all costs! The saleswoman Amandine puts the items in your basket without having time to look at the prices or decide whether to purchase or not. Non-professional advice (you should definitely not put two geckos together, contrary to what they say, unless they are females). Very unfriendly, horribly forceful in the sale (bad luck with my daughter and myself to achieve his ends).
In addition, we paid in full for a gecko at €100 for reservation, but the lady did not carry out her task. When we want to get the animal back, well it has been sold!!!
The manager is not more professional. She also did not check this reservation despite having collected the amount herself!
Summary: not at all professional, incorrect, unkind advice, no decent commercial gesture for the "error" made, therefore reimbursement required. TO FLEE !!!
Two days before Christmas, thank you to Fief Fleuri de Cognac and Terramino de Saintes who were able to respond to our request, with complete availability and kindness, disappointed by the attitude of the merchants cited in this notice! I reserved a leopard gecko on December 12th. Already when I go there to buy equipment for the animal we force sales (the saleswoman Amandine) they put everything in my basket onx I modify my basket as I wish. I'm going there this morning to collect it but they sold the one I had reserved....
They offered me another gecko but we didn't like it. No scruples.... he offers a refund, the facility... thank you for my son's Christmas... incompetent this so-called saleswoman who supposedly has a note in her notebook which was reserved.. frankly I have never seen that... in short
